Botanical Art
Ephemeral blooms are carefully preserved using traditional pressing methods in my home studio in Mill Valley, CA. What comes out of the press is then used to create elevated botanical art, gifts, and home goods.
Snake’s Head Fritillary
Pressed in my home studio in Mill Valley, this herbarium features Snake’s head fritillary flowers. Their purple checkered petals and whispy stems that flutter in all directions make this unique flower a favorite of mine.
Rocky Mountain Columbine
While this may be the Colorado state flower, plenty of these spring up between the sidewalk cracks in my neighborhood in Northern California.
